Features:The PY series crushers crushes by the change of the gap in the crushing cavity .The gap is opened and closed by the gyration of main shaft, which is derived by motor through cone gears. The PY series cone crusher is of high reduction ratio, high performance, low power consumption, and uniform size products. It has been used in the secondary and tertiary crushing.
The crushing action is caused by the closing of the gap between the mantle line (movable) mounted on the central vertical spindle and the concave liners (fixed) mounted on the main frame of the crusher.
The gap is opened and closed by the gyration of main shaft, which is driven by the eccentric sleeve.
The eccentric sleeve is driven by the motor through elastic coupling , transmission shaft and cone gears .
